Position:  Sales and Marketing Professional

Job Schedule:  Monday-Friday

This position is part of the sales team and will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Position will focus on managing and generating new business from assigned existing accounts and be responsible for producing new business from internal accounts along with various other sources. The Sales & Marketing Professional will have a strong understanding of all products, pricing, projects and will assist with customer service/ estimating. This position will also work to develop the company’s marketing initiatives and strategies for continued growth.

This position offers a competitive base salary that will include future commissions once training is completed.


Position Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly recommended or equivalent work experience.

  • Previous marketing experience preferred.

  • Previous experience with Flexographic printing preferred.

  • Confident, self-motivated, and strategy minded.

  • Ability to travel to meet with clients approximately 15% of the time.

  • Ability to communicate product knowledge, pricing information, and timeframes with professionalism.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manages and expands assigned existing accounts.

  • Generates sales from internal accounts, qualifying leads, and other sources.

  • Conducts market research to identify new leads and communicates thoroughly to understand products and needs.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship building.

  • Creates estimates and finalizes special project pricing.

  • Collaborates with the sales team and customer service representative to ensure customer satisfaction and sales goals are achieved.

  • Participates in research and development to generate new proposals for potential products.

  • Enhance the company’s marketing strategies and initiatives, including social media platforms and promotional pieces.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in all aspects of the sales process.

  • Excellent planning, organization, communication (written/verbal), and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to successfully interact with internal peers, management, vendors, and any outside agencies.

  • Ability to communicate product knowledge professionally and effectively, along with pricing information, production capabilities as well as turnaround times.

  • Ability to utilize and/or learn internal Label Traxx software applications.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word).

  • Ability to manage time, while simultaneously keeping projects moving forward, and actively anticipating deadlines or constraints.

  • Self-starter who likes to take on projects and see them through to completion
